Shopping: Ooo, guys, I'm shopping for one of those spider web swing things. And by that I mean, I'm shopping for supplies to make my own. Because that's the kind of girl I am.
Releasing: Painted nails, Must Love Dogs, kid-free time, sleeping in, a shower with no one screaming at the door . . . it sounds like I got to have a little release from the daily mommin' it grind <3
Breaking: Breaking up the week with a little day trip to see my sister-in-law and nephew! I've been meaning to this since the fall-- head down and visit her now that she's SAHM-ing it as well. We took our three boys to a state park and had a picnic and hike. It's so fun seeing them together. They are going to be trouble makers for sure. Sadly, I took no pictures of the outing. Boo, hiss. But that's because we were too busy chasing boys to take pictures, ha!
Cleaning: EVERYTHING. Today. Mother's Day. I'm cleaning everything on Mother's Day. Because I was supposed to clean yesterday. But I'll tell you how that went: "No sewing today. I have to clean. I've sewed enough this week. . . Maybe I should just sew until noon, and then I'll clean. I know! I'll just sew up this one cut of fabric, and then I'll clean. *2.5 hours later* Okay, but what about this other crepe? I mean, if I don't sew it now when will I sew it? It'll just sit there in my stash. I better sew it now." And that's the story of how I spent my six hour kid-free time on Saturday.
Sewing: Ohh, goodness! I sewed up eight things this week . . . one you saw in my Amuse Blog Tour Post, five you'll see in blog posts here in MRS this upcoming week, and the final two (the two I sewed up on Saturday when I was supposed to be cleaning) you'll see on the Sincerely Rylee blog! Sincerely Rylee is one of my favorite places to pick up fabric (especially types that you can't find just any where), so I'm excited to get to be a blog contributer for Darcey! I sewed up two cuts of Georgette Crepe for the blog, and they are gorgeous-- I mean check them out:
